Whomever is still intrested post here and lets get the ball rolling.

How about the week after the 13th? Sept 20th.

I would happy to participate - but September is a busy month for me - I'd have more luck making it in October or November.

My weekends in Sept. are very tight. But when we get a firm date/time/place I'll see if I can't re-arrange things to attend.

The reason you're having trouble getting this thing off the ground is that you're not planning far enough ahead...

One week is not enough to a)Get the attention of enough people b)Get people to commit to running games, and find players for them c)Organize the venue/deal with the owner d)handle any of the inevtiable problems.

My advice is, check with the people at NG to see what the best date would be for this thing at least a month or so in advance (make sure that no large tournaments get in the way) run it by the people here, and start recruiting... You might also want to post a couple of notices at NG and the Strategist, there's plenty of people who play the game that never visit ENWorld.

uh..NG does not have a liqure license. However, I'm not sure its against the rules to bring your own so long as it has a bag over it.

Again, as someone who lives in NYC I'd be curious about this, IF I KNEW WHAT IT WAS. Would someone like to explain it?
