[OA] Nezumi and Natural Attacks

In the latest Dragon's Sage Advice it says that a nezumi gets a natural unarmed attack.
My question is could a nezumi with a BAB of 8/2 make 2 attacks with his weapon and then make a natural bite attack at -5?

Yes. (I assume you mean BAB of +8/+3, since there's no way to get +8/+2).

So he'd get weapon+8 (full str bonus)/weapon+3 (full str bonus)/bite+3 (half str bonus).
