Poking around on discord it sounds like they recently did a refresh of their website, including the store, and it's causing real delays to load times. So be patient with the website. Click through and give it 45-60 seconds to load...each and every single page.

They've always been a little communication challenged, preferring to put out YouTube videos rather than just statements on social media, which really isn't the most effective way of either announcing things or communicating on issues like this. (They're not alone in this: Cubicle 7 does the same thing.)

I read somewhere that JG was licencing their products out and would be using the funds they received to put towards finishing off the CSIO Kickstarter.

If they used it to refund us, that would be fine. But finish their version? Yeah, good luck with that. And at this point, I have no interest in receiving anything from Judge's Guild other than a refund.

According to some of the commenters on the failed CSIO KS, Judges Guild are quietly honoring refund requests. Might be worth a try. Of course, it might be a bunch of hooey.
