OF Sound Mind - Don't Miss the Boat!

I have it!

My store (well, not MY store, but the store I go to) ordered 2 and sold out right away.

They re-orded and put one aside for me, which I picked up a few weeks ago, along with some Atlas stuff.

I'm still working on a review (my first, so it's taking time)!

But, here's a capsule review:

It's awesome. It's got a ton of ideas, and includes excellent combat scenarios and -AND- cool roleplaying tips. I haven't run it yet (my group is playing higer level right now), but after reading it, I honestly think I GM better. Not like I'm suddenly super-amazing now, but PC just has some little tips in there that actually got me up out of my chair and made me roleplay in the next session. It's well written, well thought out, well illustrated. Expect a 5/5 when I finally get my review written.

You're right - I enjoyed it, and I can't believe that there's been virtually no talk about it.

When's the next one coming out?

I can't find it in my local store! I've asked for it several times, but apparently they only order them one at a time. Bastards.

I'm going to persist. If the effers don't get it soon, I'm going to Derek!

Doc, if you're talking about Your Move, it might be worth checking again. The Somerville store didn't get it until this week and chances are the Providence store uses the same distributor.

The adventure looks great and I'm planning on running it in the next month or so, but I wouldn't want to review it before that.

I bought it and I really enjoyed it, but my characters are a little too far along level-wise and in an inappropriate spot for me to add it to my campaign. I'm planning on using it to either open up my next campaign or as an early adventure in the campaign.

James Darling!

Hollywood-style face-side kisses

I haven't seen you in a dog's age. How are you? That's super. We must work together again sometime soon. Shall we set a lunch date? Just you, me, and a couple of naive producers?

I know that most of you are used to my cute little shameless promotional plugs here, but let's get semi-serious for a moment:

Go buy OF SOUND MIND by Kevin (Piratecat) Kulp!

....

So, please, get with buying already!

And, let's get the discussion moving already! Where are the reviews, people??![/i]

And, honestly, there should be WAY more reviews of this adventure,

Well, my review is now up. Sorry, it would have been up already but someone (a-hem!) was a little slow getting it to me... :D

Oh, what's that? Something about gift horse's mouths.

Er, yes. You are so right. I'll be going now! :)
