Office Space: Special Edition, With Flair

Hmm, yeah, did you get that memo?

Okay, I've seen the ads for it on TV, and I saw it on the shelves at stores today. Has anybody bought a copy already?

Are the deleted scenes, additional commentaries/documentaries and such really worth it? I mean, I love that movie, and I'm curious about what was in those deleted scenes (in the DVD of movies, deleted scenes always seem to either be slightly different/longer takes of existing scenes that really didn't add anything, or something really neat that was cut for time or to please the ratings board or studio or because the director was concerned about pacing), but I'm wondering if it's worth the money to find out.

I haven't had a chance to look through the deleted scenes yet, so can't help you there...however, Best Buy had an absolutely AWESOME box for this that comes with the stapler, a mug, and a bunch of other random swag for only $22.

Of course, I'm not sure all of this is worth it if you already have the movie...but if you don't own it, what the hell is wrong with you? :p

Got mine in the mail today. Gonna have to return it for another one as the mug was chipped and the SE box was bent terribly. I'll comment on the DVD features after I watch them.

Yeah, John? You're gonna have to talk with Payroll about that. And if you could get your desk moved by the end of the day, that'd be great.

Quasi-related. Went to see the hypnotist Flip Orley at the DC Improv last night. I kept thinking, "Maybe I'll get hypnotised, and decide to blow off work in way that gets me promoted." LOL

"I understand you've been missing a lot of work lately."
"I wouldn't say I've been missing it, Bob."

I think I'm buying this for my sister in law for Christmas. She actually beat me on the "Office Space Quiz". The red stapler is very cool.

I may be behind here, but did anyone else bust a gut laughing at the first season episode of Lost ("Walkabout") where Locke's boss asks him for the TPS reports? Funny stuff.

I haven't gotten around to checking it out, I've got to finish all these TPS reports!
Did you get that memo? We're using the new cover sheets on the TPS reports now. I'll just make sure you get a copy of that memo.

Also, I'm gonna need you to come in to work on Saturday. We let go of a few people this week and need to play catch-up over the weekend. So if you could come in at about 9 o'clock, that would be great.

Oh, I'm also gonna need you to come in on Sunday.

(Great movie. )
