I admit my google-fu is lacking. Can anyone point me toward any official WotC info on the pricing and availability dates of DDI? Is there anything official yet?

Yeah, it's been known for quite some time. $14.95 monthly, $12.95 a month if you buy 3 months at a time, or $9.95 a month if you subscribe for a full year. They’re also going to be implementing one-shot usage fees for convention games and occasional in-store events.

Articles that are part of DDI or in Dungeon or Dragon magazine? Yes. There will also still be some free articles that come out on wizards.com for non-subscribers.

Pretty sure that it has been stated that Dragon and Dungeon pdf's will be purchasable separately for non-subscribers.

Yeah, they will be. At a cost per issue. Not all articles on DDI will be part of Dungeon or Dragon, though.
