"Official" Power Cards in the new Paragon Sample Characters

Dunno if anyone's noticed, but the sample characters from Keep on the Shadowfell have been updated to paragon level for P1 King of the Trollhaunt Warrens... And the updated sheets have power cards!

Sample Paragon Characters

Not particularly impressed on the design, I actually like some of the homebrewed cards better...

You probably missed them because for most of the last three days, those character sheets were appearing with the updates for 2008-10-08, even though that article is dated 2008-10-10. This glitch appears to have been fixed now though.

Anyone else notice that the dwarf has Weapon Focus: hammers and dwarven training? And his power attack gives -2/+2 despite using a Twohander?

Sigh... at least they didn't add the bonuses that do not stack.

Plus his Mordenkrad only deals 1d10 damage. The wizard didn't even bother to take a paragon level feat at eleventh level. None of the characters bothered to buy neck slot items, leaving their defenses in a lurch. The fighter also has only 1 platinum left when he should have fifty. The dragonborn paladin and the tiefling warlord both have incorrect surge values.

Those are the same cards from the Character Sheet product. They're pretty good and, incidentally, one of the reasons why I think that product is much better than most reviewers gave it credit for.
