Hrm.
Conan's Soldier gets a Formation Combat at 3/7/11/15, Formation Master at 19th. Formation Combat gives you a circumstance bonus; say, the Heavy Infantry formation gives you +1 to melee damage when adjacent to two other allies on foot and in medium/heavy armor. Formation Mastery takes them up to +2.
Game of Throne's Man-At-Arms gets Armor Compatibility +1 at 3/10/16. GoT uses Armor as DR, it gives another point of DR. He also gets Armor Mastery at 7th, reducing the armor check penalty of armor worn by 1.
Black Company's Fighter gains +2 action points every even level (that's a cute idea, actually, making the fighter more...action-y). Also adds 1/2 his level to Command (special BCCS subsystem; equate to a vague squad/company combat system) and Profession(Soldier) checks.
...and that's about all I got right now. The Fighter-types that don't stray too far from basic d20 usually are pretty conservative.
