OGL & GSL D&D variants?

As a guy who is losing his love for 3.5 (and has no interest in 4th edition or Pathfinder), I was wondering if their were any variants of 3rd or 4th edition in the works for publication.

I know of the following, published variants:
Castles & Crusades, Conan, Thieves World, A Game of Thrones, Arcana Unearthed, Pathfinder, True 20, Iron Heroes, OSRIC and other retro-clones

I had heard that Orcus (Clark Peterson) was working on an alternate version of 4th edition but haven't heard anything of that for a while.

I do not think anyone has. The other day, someone mentioned on their boards that he hadn't posted anything in over a month. According to Scott, he has a lot going on outside of NG. Doesn't sound like he is deeply immersed in making a old-school feel version of 4e.

Black Company
Spycraft (there is a 'Fantasy Craft' offshoot of this, either on its way, or out already)
Grim Tales

re: M&M, as mentioned above - there is a fantasy supplement coming out soon for this system.

I know there are a few others, as well. . .

I'm also interested in anything else that comes out of this list.

I know of a few to add (though I haven't even read any of these): OGL Ancients, OGL Steampunk, New Argonauts, Everquest RPG, Everquest II RPG, Warcraft RPG, World of Warcraft RPG, Swashbuckling Adventures, Fantasy Flight Games Horizon line

I forgot about Fantasy Craft... time to go check that out!

Monte has stated that he has no plans to update AE to Fourth Edition himself. Likewise Adam Windsor has said that he doesn't have much interest in upgrading Iron Heroes to 4E either.

Have you checked out some games that are much less D&D like? I mean if you're quickly growing tired of 3.5 and are not interested in Pathfinder or 4E, then perhaps you might want something that doesn't look like D&D.

How about RuneQuest, BRP, Fate, Exalted, or GURPS (to name a few)?
