Yeah, I'm starting to lean that way too. He hasn't really gotten anyone up into a lather, so if he is a troll, he hasn't succeeded yet. People have remained remarkably civil in this thread.

If the game does this, then it's not just WOTC lawyers that you'll need to watch out for. Lawyers acting on behalf of McCracken and his co-conspiritors will be hot on your tail as well.

One thing I don't think has been pointed out:

The Epic Level Handbook already has support for ability scores of 100+ (it's just a mathematical calculation) and class levels over 300. They only list things up to 30th level, but specifically states that characters could be advanced to any level desired.

C'mon guys, let's not be so rough on Chaos Disciple. I'd love to see his improvements to the D&D game.

And we don't have to pay those greedy people that actually want us to give them money for their game? (Or basic spellchecking software, for that matter?) Ladies and gentlemen, we might finally have a system that can support the long-awaited Eye of Argon campaign setting.

Seriously, please write this thing and publish it. I'm begging you. I'd love to see your system played (or even read aloud) at a convention or something.

I am determined get these designs to the RPG community as soon as possible even if its just a collection of systems and formulas in a small self produced pdf (acrobat pro u know ) thats just shared by gamers who could reproduce and distribute it as they see fit. Also if its not somthing gamers will use it will go nowhere; although I dont see why any one wouldnt use them.


But for now Im going to continue to research all the avenues for realease before I start getting feedback on specific designs.

Im not making a prediction but i would try and get it out to community before 2009 but it might take til 2010.
