I think The Forge is the place you're looking for.
LOL! Three minutes is the difference between brilliance and redundancy!

I doubt you could determine a game system from copyrightable material but I do know the differance Im sorry I cant pack all my understanding of Game Theory in one post to catch everyone up.

I assure you my game systems would be impossible to make if I didnt know the differance. But people who dont understand game mechanics would not be able to figure this out so easily.

I expect it would look something like Chaos Disciple v. WotC.

Except that the existence of the OGL proves that premise incorrect. For that matter, so do cases like Chaosium vs. TSR, or Palladium vs. any of a number of fansites. You may understand game theory, but the legalities here are entirely escaping you.

I assure you my game systems would be impossible to make if I didnt know the differance. But people who dont understand game mechanics would not be able to figure this out so easily.

Hey, look.

This isn't about game mechanics. It's about the OGL and copyright. If you can't wrap your head around that and accept that reality and legal precedent are against you, if you can't accept that a lawyer and one of the creators of the OGL have advised you on this, then there isn't anyone here to help you. Persisting in your false assumptions in the face of advice from people that work with OGL products every day isn't just foolish, it's very, very likely to get you into trouble.

You have experts advising you - which is what you've asked for - and they've given you the information you requested. At this point, you need to either heed that advice or go forward based on proven false assumptions and deal with the consequences. Your choice. Otherwise, nobody here is going to abe able to help you.

Sadly, we haven't all got a Cleverness stat (not INT) of over 100, and we aren't all Order (not LEVEL) 300+, nor do we have 300+ Steps (not RANKS) in Craft (Games) so we'll never understand the sheer genius of your totally derivative and copyright infringing highly original trainwreck project game trainwreck.

Everything's abundantly clear now. You were right all along, Chaos Disciple, and everyone else in the world was wrong. I don't know how I could have missed that. Stupid, stupid blargney! No biscuit!

C'mon guys, let's not be so rough on Chaos Disciple. I'd love to see his improvements to the D&D game.

Support for ability scores of 100? The ability to take characters to level 300 and beyond? Comprehensive size categories from microbe to planet? And we don't have to pay those greedy people that actually want us to give them money for their game? (Or basic spellchecking software, for that matter?) Ladies and gentlemen, we might finally have a system that can support the long-awaited Eye of Argon campaign setting.

Seriously, please write this thing and publish it. I'm begging you. I'd love to see your system played (or even read aloud) at a convention or something.
