Then create some from wherever Mongoose, MCAU, Spycraft, and all the other OGL games get their inspiration. It doesn't really matter if there's no penalty for including the rules in a product sourced from Mongoose's OGL Cybernet.
Someone said only use the Modern SRD at Wizards' website as the basis for anything d20 modern based. That is the best advice on this thread.
