Message: <blockquote data-quote="shaylon" data-source="post: 2532943" data-attributes="member: 22867">Library?My suburb of Columbus (town of Grove City) has a library with a meeting room in the basement that can hold 25-30 gamers with tables.  It is free for non-profits or 25 dollars if you are a business, so I guess it's free for us.A couple of issues (not sure how major they are to you guys)-If we do it on a Saturday we can have it all day, but that is 9:30-6:00, so not a late game fest.-It is in the basement so it will be o.k. to talk but I am sure if there is mass screaming or yelling it might get us kicked out.-There is no food/drink allowed in the room, or the library I would guess.  I am not sure how well this is monitored but I would guess we will be eating in the parking lot or at one of the restaraunts down the street.  This isn't too big of a deal for me as I would probably sneak a water bottle in but I know how some people to eat/drink while they game.I don't really know much about event planning, and I know this might not sound like an ideal situation, but I tried several of the event halls that I could think of and they were not cheap, not cheap at all.  I am going to keep looking, just wanted to mention this as an option.-Shay</blockquote>
