Allright, I am going to post out a poll thread in general and see what kind of feedback we get. If you have some Ohio friends that are lurkers here, make sure they are posting to the poll. Here is what we have. I checked out the room at the hotel and while it is a bit smaller than I was hoping it should adequately get 3-5 tables of gamers without too much trouble. I figure 6 gamers average and a GM making that 21 to 35 gamers. 35 is pushing it for this room, as they quoted me 25-30. If the poll suggests that 50 or more people will show, then we will move it to the Blue Moon. This will make it more expensive but should only be around ten a head at that price. So, I am starting a poll to see how many we get. I'll give it 3 or 4 days to see how much interest we get. After that, we will decide on a venue from the two, and then we will be able to settle on a concrete date. I am thinking October-Early November. If not then it will probably be sometime in January as I know people generally have holiday commitments from late November to early January. So, not trying to sound pushy, I am just basing my decisions off of what has gone on in the thread. Any ideas, suggestions, and naysayers are welcome to post and speak their mind. Oh, and thanks for the sofar positive responses. I don't mind doing legwork to see a group of gamers get together to have fun, and I am glad to see that this may just yet come to fruition. Now go post on my poll! -Shay
