Sorry, I know this has gotten a little confusing. Right now we have another thread with a poll question as to whether or not you would be willing to come to a gameday. I am going to let that run through the weekend to see about how much interest there is. Based on that interest we have two Columbus locations available. If the yes's push 50 we will be looking at the Blue Moon location earlier in this thread. If it stays around 20 we will be looking at a conference room at a Holiday Inn Express. The HIE room is much cheaper, but also much smaller, and would probably not hold much more than 25 people. Blue Moon can house up to 300. Oh, and Blue Moon will give us their room from 8 am until midnight, Holiday Inn said "All Day" so I would think 10-whenever there. I went and checked out the Holiday inn room as well. It is basically classroom size and they have some small rectangular tables(maybe 5 foot by 18 inches) that if we doubled up on would be typical school lunchroom size rectangular tables. I am not sure how they would feel if we brought in some additional card tables but they probably wouldn't care. After that I will speak with the venue and get an idea about their upcoming Saturday schedules. I will get some dates and then post a poll with several dates to see which gets the best response. I am hoping to have a late October, early November, and Early December date to choose from. We will have the board decide which date is best. Once that date is decided we can start a thread for game signups and such. If we pick the smaller room at the HIE we should be able to get 4, maybe 5 tables going at a time. Lastly, there will be a charge for either of the venues we choose but I am trying to keep that very minimal, between 5 and 10 dollars. Most people who have posted have said they don't mind a charge as long as it is minimal so I am trying to keep it in that range. If you have any more questions, or if I didn't answer it sufficiently, let me know here. -Shay
