Ok guys, if you were making a lvl 10 black guard what magic items would you eqiup him

How much money can your blackguard spend?

Having Cloak of Charisma (in DMG) and Vestment of Resistance (in Complete Arcane) will give him very high saves. That will protect him from psychics.

If you still have sunder feat (usual blackguards have, but you seem to be using different rule), some adamantine greatsword will be useful.

I forgot to mention, my charecter is the only human in the party... everyone else is playing monsters. Because of this I have been given 100'000 gold to spend on magic items. I just have to clear them with my dm.

Why you are given more gears?

Usually, all the PCs start with the same ECL (Effective Character Level). And gears are meant be given according to ECL.

If your hero is a 10th-level human PC (ECL = 10), your friend's PC should be a 10th-level Mind Flayer which is using Savage Species rule. In this case, 10th-level Mind Flayer only has 5d8 HD, +3 BAB, much weaker and limited Mind Blast, and such. And both of those 2 PCs should have same amount of gears.

Perhaps your group is not using LA appropriately? A fully grown Mind Flayer is, even without any PC class levels, a equivalent of 15th-level character (8HD + LA of +7).

I know that. Did I mention this is the first time my friend is DMing? He said it would be ok so why not take advantage of that? Im sure we are gonna end up fighting at the end of the adventure. It's an evil campaign and he siad it will be resolved in three or four sessions. I want to come out on top or at least take a bunch of hte other players when I go.

Edit: when I say fight I mean among the PC's not with the players themselves. :)

So your PC is a 10th-level Blackguard with above average gears and your possible opponent is just a 5 HD Mind Flayer. How about buying Scarab of Protection then? Monster PCs tend to have much lower CL. It will be hard for them to beat Spell Resistance of 20.

100,000 EXTRA? Or instead.

In that case, if you have any stats that could do with being raised by one, you can get a Tome of Whatever for around 27,500, or any multiple thereof. (pretty much pay 27,500 for each +1 you want per attribute)

Heck, a suit of Demon Armor is easily within range, then, for only 52,260.

Demon Armor: This plate armor is fashioned to make the wearer appear to be a demon. The helmet is shaped to look like a horned demon head, and its wearer looks out of the open, tooth-filled mouth. This +4 full plate allows the wearer to make claw attacks that deal 1d10 points of damage, strike as +1 weapons, and afflict the target as if she had been struck by a contagion spell (Fortitude DC 14 negates). Use of contagion requires a normal melee attack with the claws. The “claws” are built into the armor’s vambraces and gauntlets.

Getting Inherent Bonus is the most expensive way to boost ability scores, especially when the campaign are meant to be end soon. If you want to boost multiple abilities without spending a lot of magic item slots, Belt of Magnificence (in Miniatures Handbook) may be good. It gives enhancement bonuses to all the ability scores. +2 is 25,000gp. +4 is 100,000 gp.

As others have suggested, a +1 adamantine unholy longsword is probably a good way to go. Being adamantine, it will sunder weapons easily. Unholy to get the good guys. Another cool item is Nine Lives Stealer. It's a +2 longsword most of the time, but on a critical hit, it will force your victim to make a DC 20 Fort save or die. It only functions 9 times though.
