Old School Exploration in 5E: A Dungeon World Hack

I've updated these rules to cover most of what I'm looking for in my 5E game. Like always, I'm keen to hear what people like/hate.

Personally I'm on the fence about using bardic inspiration the way it is now, but since I'm not running any bards at the moment that issue's kind of on the back burner.
