Didn't the Sea of Fallen Starts supplement have a little bit as well-- if not on the city, then on the nearby underwater areas?

One of the "Curse of the Azure Bonds" sequel novels took place in Westgate I believe.

Actually, I think it was Tilverton, not Corymr, that Curse of the Azure bonds was set in. However, the Fire Knives, when driven out of Cormyr, settled in Westgate - or was that one of the Sembian cities instead?
