Although the slave modules were very good I have them You will probably have a diffecult time finding them.

Well, not so difficult. I'm dumping my collection, and I happen to have the super-module A1-4.

And I'm sure it's easy to get one on eBay. Or from one of many dealers (Noble Knight, Le Valet d'Couer, Dragontrove, and Titan Games). There's always someone who sells off a collection on eBay or to one of those dealers (and I've even been contacted by yet ANOTHER dealer, but those dealers are the only ones I've bought from...).

So, it's always possible to find OOP material. It's just a matter of (1) what condition are you willing to settle for, (2) how soon do you need it, and (3) how much you're willing to pay. If you are able to settle for bent up and scuffed, and can wait for it to appear, you can easily get a good deal.

or (4) whether or not your willing to buy it as an ESD (PDF download) from Wizards.com

Just to set the record straight, the PCs CAN get their equipment back at the end of A4, so it's not the exercise in player frustration that everyone seems to think (although it may seems so at first). It's really challenging, with only a few precious opportunities for the equipmentless characters to find suitable weapons. In fact, players have to be really ingenious to survive. A great adventure.
