Old TV commercials 80's / 90's

Who remembers all the old D&D commercials from the 80's and 90's...
I wish they would make new commercials for D&D or Pathfinder RPG to get interest from more kids '
and get them started with the beginner box sets

Heck i remember playing ( dragonstrike,dungeon, heroscape, first quest and of course the old red box)

They do - but these days they appear on Youtube and Twitch and are four hours long! Apparently over half of new D&D players started because of a live streamed D&D show.

Personally i cant stand game session videos.. Ive done a few on my youtube channel and I dont get the appeal .. Id rather just see short highlights ..

to each their own i suppose

I never saw any of the D&D ads back in the day (unless one counts the D&D cartoon). But I do remember seeing an ad for Magic: The Gathering later in the 90s. It was late at night on MTV, and I was completely surprised and bemused.

As for the gaming videos of today, I like the shorter ones like Force Grey, Titansgrave, and Girls, Guts, Glory. I just don’t have the time to watch those four-hour sessions.
