So, the letter of the law might support you ... Where I come from, we have this thing called courtesy. Given the length WotC goes through to protect 2 things from being circulated outside the core rulebooks (character creation & character advancement, cfr. SYSTEM TRADEMARK GUIDE VERSION 4.0), I would not press the issue and avoid any such mention.

Some of the regulars on these esteemed and elitist boards, of course choose to live on the edge of the law, slinging legalese at any who advise to stay safely inside the realm of law. Then again, what did I expect ... litigation is after all, the american national hobby :( (after hypocritical and coercive international diplomacy, and warfare, of course  ).

Wow, my writings are soo a violation of the WotC Boards Code Of Conduct ... gross generalisation, politics, and worse. Then again, I could not find an equivalent of said CoC here. You're right, lawmongering is fun :D.

Actually, the only reason that the USA is constantly in a state of war is because our economy has become dependent upon the revenue generated by the IRS, and that revenue can't be collected unless we're in a state of war, as funny as that is. So, as funny as it sounds, the USA doesn't stomp other countries to take their money...it stomps other countries so it can take money from its own citizens. Wanna move here? :D

EDIT: I should mention that this is a popular theory among conspiracy theorists. I can't actually vouch for its authenticity, but it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if it were true.

From the guide you so helpfully linked:

"Applying the effects of Experience to a Character does not include creating or modifying an experience point chart or defining a new class (including describing what benefits that class provides at each level)."

I know the licenses, thanks. No further links necessary.
