Basically what I would like to know is, how much damage on average do your party fighters do per swing. I'd like to know for any fighters in the levels 1-5. Let me know if they are a big fighter or barb, or just a cleric or even a rogue if he fights a lot.
My current fighter-type is 8th level (Str 14), and uses a +1 longsword at +10/+5 doing 1d8+4 per hit (yes, there is a reason it's not 1d8+3). He frequently gets buffed with bull's strength, making it +12/+7 and 1d8+6 per hit, though.

My Paladin did an average of 6.5 damage for levels 1-5. Battle axe 1-8 +2 str = 6.5
average.

My Barbarian did an average of 14+ for levels 1-5. Great Sword 2-12 + 7 str + power attack for 2x level.

My 6th level paladin does an average of 21 at +10/+5 with a typical -3 power attack. On a charge I do an average of 33 at +9 attack with Leap Attack.

Attack= +6 BAB + 4 Str +1 WF +2 magic greatsword -3 power attack

Damage= 2d6 + 6 Str + 6 Power Attack +2 magic greatsword

Elven Barbarian 2nd/Ranger 2nd does about 23.5 per attack during Rage (Whirling Frenzy), usually fighting with a longsword or currently a +1 battleaxe.

Attack +4 BAB +6 Str +1 enhancement +1 inspire -4 PA = +8 (or +6/+6 with Whirling Attack)
Damage 1d8 +9 Str +1 enhancement +1 inspire +8 PA = ~23.5 (1 pt less with the longsword)

Bye
Thanee
