This could be a lot of fun. Before reading your note I was pondering how to take 5th level FR characters to Athas in a compelling "Land of the Lost" way. You, sir, went all in!

I think the DMG may be giving us a hint, in chapter 2 with the map of the planes, think we will see a PlaneScape setting.

No, I wouldn't care for that, sorry. My interest in some of the settings in question is far outweighed by my HATE HATE HATE for some others. I have less than zero interest in anything involving FR or DL. That alone would push the product from "Hmm, I'm interested" into "No way am I spending money on this".

While I am looking forward to Greyhawk ect.. it's mostly out of nostalgia.

I too would *love* to see that. I don't hold out a tremendous amount of hope in the short term though!
