one handed grapple.

I must have just missed the reference in the rules, can you grapple one-handed? Is there a penalty to not using two hands?

In another thread, someone mentioned that you could grapple with one hand (which would be logical for, say a large creature that grapple with a tiny creature), but you have to do so at a -20 malus to your grapple check (that's what I recall, I'm not sure if it was a rule or something someone suggested).
