One Luxury Item

I was watching a Survivor re-run tonight (we should have a guilty pleasures TV thread ... ), and I got ta thinking - if I were going to a deserted island for 40 days and was allowed one luxury item, what would that item be?

I still don't know what it would be.

What would you take?

ONE thing. So just have huge solar panels attached to it.

I haven't watched Survivor, so i don't know if they get tools and such, but I guess I'd take my Leatherman.
