Of the ones listed so far...
3eProfiler is by far the easiest to use because it's just like filling in a paper and pencil character sheet. It even auto-calculates certain things.
On the ease of use scale... I would rate the rest as follows...
+3edb (however, this character does not auto-calculate)
+Dungeon Manager (easy to customize... and it auto-calculates)
+GameHub (requires special access to customize, but it is the best of the bunch overall... definitely the most robust printing options)
+KillaCampaigns (comparable to Dungeon Manager and Gamehub, but not quite as easy to use... customization is similar to GameHub, but does not require special access).
If your characters don't stray too far from standard d20/DnD... the best of the bunch is GameHub. If you want to use Homebrew races/classes/feats, it requires a free World Builder account for customization. Once you have World Builder access, you can do anything... and the printing options... including PDF... are just awesome.
