While its not a dice roller I like to use this random number generator, especially if I need to generate a bunch of rolls quickly. You can also hit refresh to generate a new set of random numbers with the same perimeters as the last ones.

Click on the red d20 on the left side of the page. It brings up a java script dice roller. It's pretty neat, if you're looking for options beyond the ones already mentioned.

www.irony.com is also good if you want to securely e-mail your rolls to someone else. They can verify that they haven't tampered with.
