Online play - what do you use?

I want to try out 4e with some buddies of mine online. I did some 3e 4-5 years ago using netmeeting, excel battle mats, and yahoo IM.

Would have tried out DDI's offering if it was up and running, but since it isn't, I was wondering if people are using other applications for a virtual game table these days?

In addition, you might want to pursue a voice chat program like Skype so that it goes faster.

I also use Maptool and the handy token maker from the same site. Before downloading it, I was worried that Maptool (being free) would be difficult to learn or use. It is in fact very easy to learn and use.

For voice, we use my buddy's Ventrilo account which he uses primarily for WoW.

Has any one any experience of using Rpgtonight.com. I thought it would be the way to play as you dont need to worry about post forwarding and fire walls

What does everyone think of fantasygrounds? Is it worth it? Does it give anything above maptools?
