Online RPG tools

Is anyone using one of the tools that allows a group of players to play a paper & pencil RPG over the Internet? If so, which one? What would you say are its strengths and weaknesses?

The two most popular are OpenRPG and WebRPG.

OpenRPG is open-source, available for PC and Linux computers, and it is free. WebRPG likewise, but costs money to be able to do anything useful.

OpenRPG is IMHO far the better program in any case, so being free is just a bonus. Go to www.openrpg.com to check it out.

There's also a couple others, but not as many people use them since you have to pay for them.
