Online sources for character names?

Thanks, guys. I knew a few these, but there's good stuff here nonetheless.

I'm not sure if any of these alone suffices for my (admittedly not easily fulfilled) needs, but they're certainly more helpful than my previous method. (I.e., looking through looong NPC lists of big MMORPs like WoW.)

If you got any more, keep 'em coming. I think with my current sources, I could use some more help with female names, for example.

Heck, before Sami updated it to allow spaces within names, I even contributed a couple of chapters. Someday, I'm going to have to go back through my source material and update them...

There are a number of name generation tables in the Table Gallery at my website.

Of course, you need TableSmith to use them

I used Ebon a long time ago (several years) to generate a big lists of names from every categories available. Slapped them all in Word, sorting to delete duplicated names, reducing the font to size 6, displaying it in 6 columns, and printing a 2-pager of pregenerated names I still have.
