I wanted to know, are Genasi considered elementals? I am asking because I picked "protection against good and evil" as a warlock spell at character creation because I figured it would be useful against undead, and i didn`t see anything else that was interesting and figured I would swap it out next level. However, we seem to run into a lot of Genasi... so if yes, it would be a nice use of this niche spell.

I'm quite happy about figuring out the minor illusion/Hex(disadvantage on int checks) gambit, and am hoping to find another one ;-)
