Maighan's pushing to head somewhere we can secure and do a long rest.

And possibly head entirely back to civilization so we can stock up before trying to take the fire cult on.

Carradoc doesn't have a horse in this race. He's happy with a long rest (which will re-up spells, and let him have his key level-6 feature), but he's not sure if the new companion is an ally or a prisoner, and so is cautious.

Thanks for this! So, if ok with you [MENTION=552]Creamsteak[/MENTION], Thaliss would take the ritual caster feat, ans switch his book of ancient secrets warlock invocation to something more relevant (repelling blast or more likely, misty visions). The book of ancient secrets invocation allows to cast any ritual, but Thaliss will not continue progressing as a warlock, so it is kind of wasted since he'll never be able to use level 3+ rituals. By taking the ritual caster feat, Thaliss continues to be able to use rituals (he only know wizard rituals anyways), and gets to use something more useful in the warlocks arsenal.

FYI, I am going with the ritual caster feat, and the repelling blast invocation. Hoping to push enemies 20ft into lava pits ;-)
