OOC Thread for Scotley's Tomb of Horror's 3.5

Glad to hear you still plan on doing the restoration! Think Andrea will let us cruise for chicks when Marie is restored to her former glory?

Ya know my experience with wives has been that they are funny about such things. But you've been married more times than me so maybe you know best. I'll tell her it is just for old times sake. If we aren't any more successful than we usually were back in the old days, she might not mind.

I want that exact duskblade dude to be Gnurl's cohort in your Island Empire Game!

Sadly, said Duskblade fell at the hands of a corrupt warden of the prison at Ptolus. I foolishly choose to let him be arrested for murder rather than fight the watch. Since it turns out that he was in fact guilty of said murder though he did not know it because he was under a mind control effect at the time of the crime, allowing himself to be taken proved a poor choice. He and one of his fellows sacrificed themselves to let the rest of the party successfully break out of prison.

I suppose, but I really can't blame the DM, we walked into such captivity willingly. Making the prison break without spell component pouches or weapons was quite a challenge. My character could have used a spell to get away and leave the others behind, but he wasn't that sort of guy, so he got hero's death. The good news is that his replacement, a lizard man druid who is fond of firearms, is even now breaking into that same prison to reclaim the magic items the others had to leave behind and hopefully question the corrupt warden and get some answers.

Leif, you asked for action for logan. He is poisoned and could use restoration to cure himself of the ability damage (or wait for secondary damage before he does it...)

I'll see about making an in-character post to have Logan cast Lesser Restoration on himself to get rid of some ability damage.

In the RG, Logan is now officially "Leif's LOGAN LIGHTBRINGER," but I just copied and pasted everything directly from the old post, so I've still got some studying to do to get fully up to speed. Hopefully, I can fake it adequately until then, though!
