Just a few comments...
1) This is the IC forum, the OOC forum is the one above this in the index.
2) Isn't d4=2 hp a bit harsh for Wizards and Sorcerers, especially compared with the others that simply get above average hit points?
3) In what way do you limit spells available for Clerics and Druids so they do not become completely and utterly overpowered with spontaneous casting (same for Wizards as well)?
4) Ban Wish, but not Miracle?
5) Ban Fly, but not the multitude of other spells, that grant flight?
As I said, just a few comments...
