Think about it.

That is with the supposition that he actually cares. I think the point is not what that means about the topic (in this case V), but rather that, like a light switch, he has two choices.

If he doesn't hate you, he lusts for you. Period. On or Off. According to V's theory, it has nothing to do with what he percieves the target to be (i.e., male, female, attractive, horrible, etc.)... he simply doesn't have that mental depth. As V stated, her/his actions made it so that Belkar didn't hate him/her... so the only other option was Lust. Period. Not because Belkar thinks V is a she, but because he has no other mental choices.

I honestly don't think that's the answer, and I'm looking forward to see if /when the depth of Belkar becomes more or better apparant, but I think it's darn funny so far.
