OotS #361 is up

Somehow, I wouldn't be suprised if a Helm of Opposite alignment comes into play with the Elan/Nale situation.

Nah...it looks to me that Haley is finally going to get cured of her speach problem because she is going to know Nale isn't Elan.

My thought exactly! She'll know and that will give her the mental push she needs to break her mixed up speech because the man she loves life will depend on her being able too.

Either that or I hope Sense Motive is a class skill for cops.

Does he at least get a circumstance bonus for the big smile on the "prisoner"'s face while his "captor" is frowning?

Nale will fool them perfectly - right up until Elan comes to consciousness and, wanting to do something nice for his brother, start's singing

"Bluff, Bluff, Bluff, Bluff, Bluff, Bluff, Bluff the gullible city watch
that you're not the villainous murderer Nale wearing my borrowed clothes
and didn't just stick your beardette on my chin with Sovereign Glue"

Oh, no!

This could be the eng of thog! No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was my worry too...

But damn, Rich, that's two disturbing comics in a row... pfhew!

[EDIT]

You can tell he was tired when he was finishing this:
"That bastard who killed the cheif are inside."

I don't think I've ever seen Rich make a grammatical error that wasn't on purpose... :D

Personally, I'm suspecting that Roy will come in just in time to prevent the cops from offing disguised Elan, and will insist on a trial- which will take time to set up, which OotS will have to stick around for, ...which will give Xykon more than enough time to utterly annihilate Azure City with his invasion and show how right the Oracle's prophecies were/are.

Having Haley lose her speech impediment during the trial, for testifying on Elan's behalf or something, seems an obvious move to make (not to mention a welcome plot point since I, like so many others, am pretty tired of the joke by now).
