It seems that this is exatly what happens. And out walks the Linear guild...

Actually, I'm more concerned that the guards might have already released them. Due to the bookkeeping error they may believe the Linear Guild was placed in prison without cause, or some such. Unlikely, probably, but still a possibility.

Miko is in the prison records, however they explicitly excluded her from the line-up with the statement at the beginning of the strip "everyone not being held for treason".

I love how, for what is maybe the first time*, an NPC reacts to what he party members tell each others carelessly.

(* Unless you count bardic song as conversation.)

There's at least also the wizard who teleported them to Cliffport, who went to get drunk because of that.

At least, he's there if he has been resurrected yet. In the recent chaos the city's been in, that's not exactly a given.
