-The Eye of Fear and Flame is currently fireballing the forces.

There are actually two Xykon-decoys near Belkar, one on either side of the pile o'hobgobs. The one to the left of the pile is obviously flaming the ramparts, while the second is just barely to the left of the speech bubble that's encroaching from below. I think it's the latter that Belkar weaponizes.

Use activated fireball does that in mass battles.
