Nah, just means that Nero or whoever provided Haerta will get as much time as it took for that soul to get free (or at least that's how I think it would work).

And we still don't know whether V is female or not (and people complain about dragonborn having boobs; if elves had them as well we would know by now!)

I could totally see that being part of a campaign setting, where dwarves and elves are the male and female of the same species. Kind of reminds me of something my fiancée once told me; when she was a kid she thought cats were girls and dogs were boys.
