What is the time frame you're looking for for these? Are you looking for full submissions up front?

No time frame for now. I'll close the Open Call whenever I have enough applicants to handle in one batch.

Upfront I am looking for applicants interested. I will give everyone details on what I'd like to see first (a one-page outline with some other specifications) and based on that I choose which outlines to send to GR for approval for development.
