Open Content City Supplement

Hi,

I'm helping set up a shared campaign (http://www.thegreatriver.org) and we'd like to have some big city in there where GMs can buy a single supplement and have the necessary data to run their games. The World's Largest City sounded like it would have been perfect, but it seems like that project's been cancelled. The City State of the Invincible Overlord is mostly closed content, and Freeport requires a lot of books. Any other suggestions?

Bluffside: City on the Edge

I use it in my campaign.

The benefit of Bluffside is that it is indeed one book, and is available in PDF and you can dig it up in print too sometimes (I have three or four that I'd be willing to sell if you need them).

On the other hand Freeport only really needs a single book, the city book proper. Sure, there are more books, but none of the others are necessary.

There was a thread on this a couple weeks ago. IIRC, both Doug and Hal stopped MEG because of RL.
