Open Game Content?

Anyone knows of a site that contains actual open game content in bulk, some kind of database? I was only able to find indexes (such as the Open Gaming Exhange).

There isn't one that I'm aware of. Although the issue has been raised several times - I'm of the opinion that such a thing is a bad idea (it took some convincing, but I'm pretty firmly set in that opinion now )
