what are some third party open gaming license books? other than the one you posted.
Lots of stuff from Necromancer Games has open content. Malhavoc Press is also a good source of open content (you'll hear people say that Malhavoc's open content is "crippled" and other daftness like that - it's not true, however). It's always a good idea to drop a line to the company you want to use open content from and ask their permission as a courtesy.
