Lots of stuff from Necromancer Games has open content. Malhavoc Press is also a good source of open content (you'll hear people say that Malhavoc's open content is "crippled" and other daftness like that - it's not true, however). It's always a good idea to drop a line to the company you want to use open content from and ask their permission as a courtesy. Technically speaking, you don't need to, but in an industry as small as this one, it pays to be nice :).

Pick up pretty much *any* of the Bastion Press books (except their Oathbound line).

All of the generic Bastion Press books are loaded with open content.
