What, if any, parts of the books Complete Arcane, Complete Divine, Complete Warrior, Complete Twit and Complete Adventurer are open source?

Is there a feat somewhere for epic or legendary familiars?

Nothing in those books is Open Gaming Content.

However, some of the epic material they revise is OGC - see the Wizards of the Coast site - http://www.wizards.com/d20 - and go to the SRD.

The feat:
* Familiar Spell allows familiars to use a spell you know as a spell-like ability.

Familiar progressions also are given for high level wizards/sorcerers.

Cheers!

Improved familiar from 3.5 DMG/srd, etc. allows tougher familiars given certain caster level prereqs, it would not be amiss for the chart to continue with more powerful creatures with epic caster level prereqs.

To my knowledge none have been done out though.

Is there anything dnd related that's open source but not core rulebook, psionics, or epic?

Unearthed Arcana (99.9%)
The SRD also has material from the Deities & Demigods book.

Plans have been revealed to add material from the Planar Handbook to the SRD.

Cheers!

A lot from 3rd party publishers...

:p

Besides UA, there are also two monsters in the MM2, razor boar and scorpion folk, that were originally from the Creature Collection by Sword and Sorcery.

In addition to the stuff already mentioned, a bunch of d20Modern stuff (rules-stuff from Urban Arcana and d20 Future).
