Opium Demon

So... I say "Opium Demon". What springs to mind?

I imagine a vicious creature with sallow skin and wicked, needle-like claws.

I picture high damage reduction (15/-) as it simply doesn't feel pain, and is only capable of partial actions. Anybody it nails with a claw attack should have a Fortitude save or become capable of only partials and gaining a small degree of DR.

Multiple claw attacks might result in overdose conditions?

Hmmm, Opium Demon conjures an image of a leather and chains-rock star-type red-skinned demon with an opium breath weapon.

Either that or a large animated drug store.....

I like the concept. What creature type would it be?
Perhaps a Needle Golem?
If it hits with a claw attack the target is automatically injected with doses of opium, and if the Fort save is failed the target sinks helplessly into a soporific state. Hmm....
