Hi, I was wondering if I could use combat challenge and combat agility (Fighter class features) on the same round??, 1 is opportunity action and the other is immediate action, can i use both on the same target??

1) You can use them both in the same round.

2) You can use them both on the same target if he triggers both at two points during the round, but they can't happen at the same time (they have completely different triggers). This would be highly unlikely to happen, however.

I suppose if the marked creature attacked an ally but not you, it could trigger the Combat Challenge. And then if that creature moved away, it would trigger an opportunity action that would allow you to use Combat Agility.
That is the most plausible scenario I can come up with in which both would be used in the same turn, though.

But, yes, aurance is correct. You can use an opportunity action in the same turn as an immediate action, and visa versa.

Also, don't forget that you only get one immediate action per round, whereas you get one opportunity action per turn.

Unless you have the Mobile Challenge feat. Then, if the marked enemy tries to shift away and charge your ally, you hit it with Combat Challenge when it shifts, and shift after it, then when it tries to charge, you take your OA and stop it cold if you hit again due to Combat Superiority.

That would still be two different triggers. One is an Immediate Action, the other an Opportunity Action.

So when the target shifts, you would take an immediate action granted by Combat Challenge. Then when it charges is when you can use an opportunity action to take an OA.

But you are correct in that you can use both in the same turn. I can't be certain that your particular scenario would work, since I can't find Mobile Challenge (what book is that in?) but I assume that it reads along the lines of "When an adjacent target marked by you shifts, you can shift into the square the target vacated." in which case I can see how this would be a particularly irritating combo to your DM.

Final thought. Combat Agility replaces Combat Superiority, so the OPs fighter would not be able to stop the charge with Combat Superiority, but could still make an OA or use Combat Agility to follow the enemy (if the charge was not a greater number of squares than the fighter's Dex Mod) and attempt to knock him prone after he had finished his move, but before he rolls an attack.

Easy thing that'd trigger both: Marked enemy makes a Ranged Attack. If you happen to have an Enchanter in the group this'll happen a lot.

This never even occurred to me.
Now I will have to entice the fighter in my party with this, just to see if he realizes he can pull this off.

Of course, that will be a while from now. The only defender the party has at the moment is a paladin, and that just isn't the same kind of fun. :.-(
