Optimizing a TrueSorc

Can someone help me optimize a TrueSorc so that he has the most excessive Spellcraft bonus possible. Level 30 gestalt, BTW. Also: Would it be possible for you to also try to make a robe that holds a bunch o' defensive magics. If you guys can do it, thanks. Woohoo!

What is a TrueSorc?

You'll want Max ranks, maxed intelligence bonus, skill focus, greater skill focus (I think there is a greater skill focus somewhere, anyway). No sure what else to suggest.

...no.

Without knowing the exact situation the PC will use Spellcraft in, it's a little hard to issue recommendations, but a Persisted Masochism followed by a spell combination that allows one to survive infinite damage (Delay Death + Beastland Ferocity comes to mind) followed by a teleportation into the sun should give you an arbitrarily high bonus, among other things, Spellcraft.

Alternatively, you can just abuse Aid Another.

Both of these uses are somewhat more efficient means of getting a high Spellcraft check.

Also, you'd want some sort of magical item that gives a bonus to Spellcraft.

In addition to a magic item that provides a competence bonus to Spellcraft, you can also spend 50gp for a Masterwork Tool (Tome of Spell Recognition?) for a +2 Circumstance bonus (if your DM allows the Masterwork Tool for the skill, of course).

A TrueSorc is the spellcaster from True Sorcery. Sadly, I can't use the exploits that Dandu suggested, because True Sorcery changes how spells work in D&D.

Masterwork tools give a bonus to the appropriate Craft check. Last time I looked, Spellcraft isn't a Craft check.

Not quite. There are Craft-specific tools:

Artisan’s Tools, Masterwork
These tools serve the same purpose as artisan’s tools (above), but masterwork artisan’s tools are the perfect tools for the job, so you get a +2 circumstance bonus on Craft checks made with them.

But there are also non-specific tools, as well.

Tool, Masterwork
This well-made item is the perfect tool for the job. It grants a +2 circumstance bonus on a related skill check (if any). Bonuses provided by multiple masterwork items used toward the same skill check do not stack.
