They are about being a shining hero and taking the fight into the darkness itself. A party of good heroes would never be disrupted by the presence of a well-played paladin. They would be strengthened. But, I guess the key there is &quot;well-played&quot;. Bad players and DMs who lack the skill to run a paladin as anything but the tired stick in the mud, or naive do-gooder stereotype, are the real cause of any disruption in a good aligned party.And of course, paladin's don't fit an evil aligned party.
