D&D 3E/3.5 Original Tome of Horrors 3.5 update?

Was there an update issued for the original (not revised) Tome of Horrors or is there an expectation that you need to shell out the whole cost again for the 3.5 update? :\

(Need to know if I need to start converting or not )

You get the updated book [PDF] from Drive Thru for $9.99.
