Nope, it's true. On Origins Sunday, be prepared for a game so crazy, it has to be true. We're running a Freedom Force scenario in Mutants & Masterminds. It's an experiment, and we hope you like the outcome!

Defend Patriot City! Defeat the forces of evil!

Why should you play?

4. You don't have anything else going on at Origins on Sunday!
5. Did I mention free?

Why is it free, you ask? Well, it's not an official Origins game, so you can play for free. That means, however, that we don't have a reserved place to play, so here's what we'll do. Meet at 10:45 AM Sunday at the Green Ronin table inside the dealer room. From there, we'll go to the gaming table. In the event that the dealer room isn't open (I forget when it opens on Sunday), meet at the doors to the dealer room.

You're worrying too much. A convention game of this (which I gather is originally a computer superheroes game?) is just as legal as, say, statting out the Hulk in MnM and using him as the villain for a game. It's personal use. If he were trying to wrap this up to publish and sell, then there'd be a problem.
